Estella Search Policy
Affiliate agrees not to bid on and/or make use of our trademarked terms, including any variations (e.g., synonyms, singular and plural forms, possible misspellings, and phrases containing our brand name) for search or content-based networks on Google, MSN, Yahoo or any other network. These include the use of Estella/estella-nyc.com brand terms in affiliate ad copies and display URLs. Direct linking to our website from any Pay per Click ad or using redirects that yield the same result is strictly prohibited. Shoppers must be directed to an actual page on your website. Affiliate also agrees not to represent themselves as the official Estella website in any SEM ad campaigns anywhere.
Other Terms & Conditions
1. Coupon sites are encouraged to be a part of the program and participate in our current deals and offering. All coupon sites are approved on a case by case basis. All creatives used must be the most up to date.
2. Only approved codes are allowed. Any affiliate found to be using non-approved codes is subject to removal from the program.
3. Since Estella offers customers 30 days to return their purchase for a full refund, orders are subject to reversals within 45 days of being processed.
4. Payments are made within 60 days of the order being shipped.
5. Loyalty/Cash Back publishers are allowed into the program on a case by case basis. If you have questions or concerns please reach out to the program manager.
6. Downloadable software is allowed on a case by case basis. Please contact the program manager with any questions or concerns.
7. Email affiliates are encouraged to be a part of the program and will be approved on a case by case basis. All email affiliates must be Can-Spam compliant. Please contact the affiliate manager for the most up to date creative and suppression list.
8. Social Media is allowed on a case by case basis. Please contact the program manager for specifications regarding social campaigns.
9. All affiliates must use the most up to date and whole creative. Any affiliate found to be using incomplete, or out of date creative can be removed from the program and their sales reversed.
